To belong is one of the strongest psychological needs.
In the past it secured our survival.
Perhaps today it still does, though less obviously.
And yet, to feel that one doesn’t belong is a deeply painful experience, which everyone has made at some point.

If you felt like you were somewhat different from the family you were born into and didn’t truly belong, chances are high that the question of belonging manifests elsewhere in your life.

As members of the international community, used to intercultural relocations and generally living in a different country than the one we grew up in, our roots, sense of belonging and community are further challenged.

In this one-day workshop you can pursue the origin of this question, where you belong and take a step to heal the ties of the past that were perhaps broken.
