Meet Your Guides
Irene Nolte – Holistic life coach, shiatsu practitioner, and systemic constellation facilitator and Belgian representative of the European Shiatsu Federation. With a background in international human rights law, she brings a deep passion for personal transformation.
Antigoni Tsegeli – Expert in Focusing, Qi Gong, Shiatsu bodywork, and holistic beauty rituals. As the Hellenic representative of the European Shiatsu Federation and a long-time resident of Aegina, she will guide us to the island’s most secluded and sacred spaces.
Bonus Experience: Antigoni will offer a holistic beauty session, where we will enjoy a playful facial care experience with massage and natural clay masks!
